Did you know in 2018, women comprised only 20% of all directors, writers, editors, producers & cinematographers working on top 250 domestic grossing films, according to Center for the Study of Women in TV/Film? That's a mere increase of 2% from 2017!
Not to say that we should get all of our life views from TV/ Film, but in this visual age, how can we really progress with imbalanced views & inequality?
