& VIDEO SHOOT

Step into your darker side, Doll.

This workshop is all about amplitude and intention, expanding your lines and creating movement that feels like one continuous, hypnotic thread.

We’ll take familiar shapes and rework them through a signature Russian Flow lens.

🐍 What to expect:
🔥 Expansive, elongated shapes that command space
🔥 Seamless transitions with intentional use of platform edges and slopes
🔥 Signature Russian-style pathways that elevate simple movement into something addictive to watch

✨🎥 To close out the workshop, the final 30 minutes of class will be dedicated to individual filming with a professional videographer. Your movement will be captured in a polished, high-quality video you can keep and share.
