Many, many thanks to everyone who voiced support, both moral, practical AND financial, at today's Shakespeare Society "Annual Shakespeare's Birthday" event in La Jolla! The DSC received its first promise of donation, and a pledge to help us network our cause. Euston, we have lift off!

Todays DSC News:

The DSC will participate on Sunday, April 13th, 2-4 pm at a Members and Guests only ANNUAL SHAKESPEARE BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION at a private La Jolla residence & outdoor Folly Theatre. The special event & program, celebrating the Bard's 450th Anniversary, will be emceed by Dave Scott of K**I. This will be an ideal opportunity to present the idea of the DSC to a community of Shakespearian enthusiasts and connoisseurs. We are honored to have been invited, even in advance of our first production. Wish us luck!

~ Having reached our first 30 Likes for the DSC, we can now view the "Page Insights" panel associated with this page! Thank you one and all.

~ We added another cast member, and two DSC production meetings were held, one in Banker's Hill, and another in Balboa Park.

~ Also, a visit to Zorro Gardens reveals that tree-trimming has begun in preparation for the Garden Theater Festival!
