Went to Picture Rocks/petroglyphs in AZ and it was pretty cool! Nice and isolated with plenty of rocks to look at. I was in absolute bliss. I guess I was in awe of the rocks that I forgot how to talk, but these rocks tell a story themselves 🪨

Had the most breathtaking experience in Moab at the Arches. I sobbed in beauty of it all. How awesome is nature! Of course I had to bring my on this little hike. I had the opportunity to hoop under the delicate arch as well, it was scary but so humbling to be in a place as gorgeous as this. Mother Earth, I thank you for this gift! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Felt like a kid again today, who would have guessed that a bit of fresh air and a hula hoop could make me this happy. Today I went to Sedona, AZ. Ive heard that this place gives healing energies to those who seek them.. and had been holding onto so much misguided energy.. it was time to let them go. So I set off on my first solo hiking trip. Just a girl and her hula hoop in the great outdoors! I didn’t know what to expect so I went with an open mind. But as soon as I stepped into the woods leading up to this mountain, I felt an immediate sense of peace. I sought out a place to meditate and chant as the sun rose so I could really clear my mind. It was snowing and the ground was cold but I saged my crystals, my singing bowl and myself before I started my journey upward. The air was so thick that I really didn’t know where I was headed until around 9 am when the fog broke. This beautiful mountain was faced before me and I was in such awe I stood for a while just admiring it. The rich colors were striking against the blue sky and I could just make out the peak. I couldn’t even form words in my own head, the beauty of it all just captured me in the moment. I was giggling the entire time I was on this mountain side.
After this hoop sesh, I looked at the peak of this mountain and screamed on the top of my lungs 3x “RELEASE ME”
A current of upward energy spiraled through my entire body, unlike anything I’ve ever felt before!! Kind of freaked me out honestly, but after I realized it was the universe giving me what I had asked for the biggest smile came to my face and I felt just like a kid again.

The best present is someone’s presence. This Christmas I got to spend some time spinning with my dear friend .rose whom I am very FAWNd of. What a treat! Love being silly with you girlfriend. Can’t wait to see you again, 2020 has great things in store for us ❤️ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
