Mumbo Jumbo : The complete image of the inspiration for Carlos Santana’s Supernatural album cover. Supernatural was the seventeenth album by SANTANA, went platinum many times over, won 9 Grammy's including album of the year as well as 3 Latin Grammy's. The album sold well over 30 million copies and had multiple hits. Mumbo Jumbo was created by long time Carlos Santana friend and collaborator, Master Artist Michael Rios. Michael has also created many album covers for other big named artists as well as other Santana covers. We have a signed, limited edition lithograph 34" X 21" including border. Originally a poster for a concert series in 1968 at the Iconic 'Fillmore West' in San Francisco featuring Steppenwolf , The Staple Singers, Santana, The Grateful Dead and more. Master concert poster artist 'Lee Conklin' was asked by Carlos Santana to recreate the 'Lion Head' image for his bands debut album 'SANTANA' released in August 1969. The album was a huge hit fueled by Santana's appearance at the Woodstock festival and the image has come to be known and loved for it's place in music history (Iconic album cover), it's beautiful artistry and for it's hidden faces within the Lion's head. We have a couple of prints (12 X 18) signed by Artist 'Lee Conklin' for sale. Message me for purchase information.

Hello my Facebook friends, As many of you know I am on the board of 'Es Por Los Ninos' working with Children with HIV/AIDS and their families in Baja. You can imagine that things in Tijuana are much worse than here especially for anyone with a compromised immune system. We've had to scale back on meeting with our families in person because of this but even though they have to stay quarantined we are still working to make sure they have basic and medical needs. Recently we have taken on 4 women (HIV positive) from the Haitian community in TJ that are stay in refugee camps there. In order to continue meeting the basic need of our children we are having a baby product drive through the end of July. If you would like to help contribute to our drive here are some of the things we are collecting : Baby formula , Enfamil, Similac, Costco brand Kirkland .....Newborn baby diapers.....Baby shampoo .....Baby wipes ......Pacifiers.....Baby bottles .......Rash ointment ........
