It is with deep sadness that we share that our dear friend and collaborator Siobhán Arnold passed away May 19, 2023 from cancer. We will cherish all the love, laughter and mending that she shared with us. Siobhan was a dedicated and fearless artist always ready to learn a new skill or experiment with wildly diverse materials, techniques and concepts. Her passion for research, learning and making was an inspiration. We are holding her family in our hearts.

The last To Do online of this round is this Saturday May 23 at 10:30. We are so excited about leading us in Asana: Seed to Salad- a gentle vinyasa flow interspersed with tips on growing salad greens from seed. Wear comfy clothes for movement and it will be helpful if you have a yoga mat, cushion or block.

Our next on-line To Do is Wednesday May 13 at 3:30pm PDT Inviting volume & breath
-An Awareness Through Movement lesson, based in the Feldenkrais Method®
-All you need is you. and a space that is quiet if possible.
-The lesson can be done sitting or reclining.
-If you do not have access to a private space, headphones (if available) are encouraged.
-If available, you may want to have a mat, pillow, towel or blanket(s) for more comfort.
-The Feldenkrais Method® is a somatic education practice that directs our attention in gentle movement sequences. The intention is to find more ease in our unique anatomies and maybe open more possibilities for ways to learn and live our lives.
The worksop will last about 30 mintures
-Karen Schaffman, Ph.D. is dance artist and movement educator. She was certified in this work in 2016 at the The Feldenkrais Institute of San Diego
