Yesterday I had an incredible experience. I provided a group drumming activity at a couple’s retreat for the Wounded Warrior Project. It was very moving. Everything from the retreat staff to the openness of the participants was inspiring! It never ceases to amaze me how these simple drums can be the tool that brings people together, increase feelings of support, open communication channels, and connect people in profound ways. I am so blessed to be a part of this work!
