Chayito Champion: was born into a family of Flamenco artist Teresa and Curro Champion pioneers of Flamenco in Texas. Chayito began singing at a very early age carrying the legacy of her family all over the world. New York Times " Haunting Voice and mesmerizing presences" . Chayito is a sought-after performer who captivates her audiences with her heartfelt and passionate performances. She has toured the world with such artist as the late Jose Greco, Antonio Vargas, Teo Morco, Pilar Riojas to name a few. While in San Antonio she sings at local theaters and local functions as well as in venues all areas of SA.

Chayito has received many awards such as H.O.L.A and A.C.E. awards she received in NYC .She has recorded in collaboration an album "Levanto" with Calo Flamenco and another Album "Flamenco Fantasy" with the late Rubens Romero and Lydia Torrea. She is the CEO for Flamenco Arts Society of San Antonio a non profit that endorses,promotes,cultivates,and preserves the Art of Flamenco in Texas. As Director of Los Flamenco de SA she keeps Flamenco in it's traditional form which her families legacy has maintained for 5 decades.
Chayito would like to thank her parents for the legacy of Flamenco they have left her ,which is priceless and her mission to continue with her family.
