Natalie Mund was born in San Antonio, Tx, and raised in the foothills at La Querincia Ranch, Helotes, Tx. She is a fine artist and freelance photographer and has been pursuing an art career since the late 1980's. And while taking classes and workshops, she enjoys entering art shows around the country for friendly sport and prestige. Her true passion is photographing conceptual abstract them

The artist is inspired by personal experiences, life events, dreams, and of her children; who are sometimes photographed as subjects in her creations for modeling human gestures with body, face, and; as expression through the artists motives, visions and ideas. Natalie resides in the Texas hill country together with her husband and one of their three children. She continues to photograph, paint, draw and write in hopes of having her work published one day.

"interiors" call for submissions to Thursday December 28, 2023. Ann Mitchell, photographer, artist and editor/creator of Thinking About Photography, will be the juror. Photographers submitting 13 or more images are entitled to receive a complimentary review by the gallery directors. Photographers that enter less than 13 images, can receive a review for an additional $20. All artist selected will receive a complementary exhibition catalogue.

Our Story

About Natalie Mund is a freelance photographer and artist. She's been perusing her art career since 1987; taking classes, workshops and entering art shows around the country, for friendly sport and prestige. She has received some awards for her work mainly through the San Antonio Art League's annual art exhibit. Her true passion is photographing abstract conceptual themed ideas and nature. Her three children are sometimes photographed and are inspired by utilizing as subjects, modelling human gestures with body and face, as expression through the artists motives, visions and ideas. The artist continues to photograph, draw and write in hopes of having her work published one day. Natalie lives in the Hill Country with her husband and children.
