AT RISK OF EUTHANASIA. 3 yr old Maltipoo named Charlie bit a child after the child tried to grab the dog's toy. Child was bitten in the face. The county will declare Charlie potentially dangerous. Charlie will need rescue by 5/11/22 or he will be euthanized. SHARE!

Special Notes from OC Animal Care: At risk: Will need rescue by 5/11. Will have potentially dangerous dog declaration. Any interested rescues will need to comply to restriction set by this agency and be willing to work with our operations department. 04/21/22 15:21 RP reports his dog a Maltipoo bit his niece in the face when she tried to sit on the couch with him today. RP advised his niece did get medical treatment and he would like to owner surrender. Location/Severity: (6) 1/2" lacerations to right cheek and nose. Circumstance: When victim was sitting on the couch and went to grab dog's toy to play, dog bit unprovoked. 04/28/22- Due to significant unprovoked face bite to a minor, Field tentatively declares dog to be Potentially Dangerous. Please contact Operations with any interested parties to confirm info/draft paperwork

Barkitecture San Antonio... first ever SUPERHERO themed Dog Festival! Bring your Dog to check out the Dog House competition, from schools city-wide. Students will be competing for the title of "BEST" built dog house in San Antonio. Once the winner of these "one of a kind" dog houses has been awarded, we will auction them off to the public in a Silent auction and a couple online.

This day long festival will also host a SUPERHERO Doggy costume contest at 2pm, with exhibitors & arts/craft vendors all day. Loads of fun for the whole family.
