SEP-Bécalos-Santander Universidades Exchange Program. Mission: To increase global competitiveness and economic development through collaborative international programs and exchange opportunities for Mexican students. uage and English (ABLE) this fall. ABLE is a four-month academic program which focuses on increasing the academic and practical knowledge of undergraduates in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic fields. It also provides opportunities to increase cultural understanding and affinity between the United States and Mexico.The program is supported by Fundación Televisa. ABLE will have considerable potential to create a new generation of new generation of bilingual, bicultural young professionals who will be prepared to work in either economy.
