🛑 From below this point, all the rocks were done sometime in 2017 through July 2022. These are only a tiny fraction of rocks I've painted and set out into the wild, over the years. When the Kindness Rocks Project started out, there were no set rules, so taking pictures of the work you'd done wasn't necessarily a requirement and often didn't happen. Also, there were times it was just too quick and there was no time to take a pic. And we won't even talk about the photos I lost or can't find! 😢 No matter, though. It's been fun doing this and I'll continue to do it until I don't. Everything above this notice will be more recent. Yes, I'm working on some rocks and will (hopefully) have pictures of them on here soon. Until then... ✌️

These particular rocks were created in October 2017 for a girl named Maisie Lossau, in England. She was 12 yrs old and diagnosed with a brain tumor that left her pretty much immobile. She'd expressed an interest in having a painted rock garden so she could look out her window to see something that made her happy every day. Many people painted rocks and sent them to her. These were the two I made and was able to deliver to her in person, since she lived reasonably close to where I did, at the time. I was pretty proud of these! lol
