August 28, 2021 I celebrated my Life and my 32 Anniversary of Living with HIV.
=I(Spanish version}
My journey has seen a lot of heartache and pain. I still wonder to this day WHY and HOW did I make it this far? I was doing the same things that my friends who died of AIDS in the 89's and 90's Yet I am still Alive & Healthy.
I spent the day alone, solemn and peasefull meditations; listening to Healing frequencies music and Positive Energies musi. Follow by an evening meal that included a Baby Greens salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing, a Prime cut Ribeye steak Med Rare,mashed Baby Red New Potatoes w/lots of butter and garlic. Steamed Broccoli Cauliflower,Carrots,Snow Peas & Sugar Snaps Washing this FAB meal with several glasses of chilled water that I had in my Copper Pitcher chilling in the fridge. I've learned that life simple pleasures in life need to be cherished and enjoyed even more so; along with the pain that comes with living.. The pain and joy I'm able to experience was not granted to
my friends who died of AIDS For they cannot experience the pain or I feel pian like I do in my Legs,my Feet, my Tight Arm and Hand, my Back, my Neck, my entire Body. These pains have helped me be more Appreciate and thankful that I experience them I am Grateful for The Universal Energy that gives us Life, The ability to feel this pain and joy making Life's simple pleasures e.g. staring at the stars at night listening to the waves of the oceans coming in and out the heartbeat of mother Earth, meals,chatting with friends, walks on a hot summer day or even walking in the ice and snow because the busses stop running. These events in our life make every day endeavors even more endeariong simply
because we are able to experience them. As we struggle through another Pandemic, we must remind ourselves that we are Spiritual Beings experiencing Life and we MUST endure and enjoy each and every minute as we make way though this journey we call A Human Experience.so we have those experiences when we return to our natural state of being Spiritual Being.
I saw the being of this plague that devastated a whole generation of talented young GAY men and my Hope, Desire and Dream is to see the end as well.
This is a Human disease PLEASE Help by doing your part. Every little action bills up to a greater result.
