This room was filled with so many of my favorite hermanas ❤️ All of them incredibly talented, accomplished, and powerful mujeres, and yet they still struggle to see what I see so clearly ⭐️ YOU’RE A CHINGONA BABY! ⭐️

Last night we kicked off Part 1 of the Las Patronas Women’s Empowerment Series, hosted by owner of in honor of Women’s History Month.

I had the privilege of leading the first session: ¡PÁGAME! How to Negotiate Your Worth Like A Chingona. Last night we talked about identifying the skills, experience, achievements, and impact that make up your value — the foundation for negotiating with confidence.

I’m so proud of every woman who showed up last night, and I’m thankful to Maria of La Patrona for opening her space so women in our community could attend for FREE and invest in themselves.

✨ Part 2 is coming next week with Mariel of , who will teach us how to invest the money we’re negotiating for.

Because earning more is powerful, but building wealth is transformational.💰❤️
