Slow Cooker Loaded Cheesy Bacon Potatoes
Ingredients:

2 lbs baby potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked bacon bits
1 cup sour cream
½ cup chopped green onions
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

Quick Steps:

Wash baby potatoes and add to slow cooker.
Season and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
Stir in shredded cheddar, bacon bits, and sour cream until creamy.
Top with extra bacon, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream.

Serves: 6–8 as a side dish

Crockpot Mississippi Pot Roast
🔪 Step 1: Prep Roast
Place beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus mix evenly over the top.
🧈 Step 2: Add Butter & Peppers
Place slices of butter on top of the roast.
Add whole pepperoncini peppers and a splash of their juice.
🍲 Step 3: Slow Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the meat is tender.
🥄 Step 4: Shred & Serve
Shred the beef with forks and mix it into the juices.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or sandwiches.

Okay, friends! If you want something super easy and delicious, I've got a winner for you. My family devoured these!
Loaded Crack Potatoes
What you need:
- 2 lbs baby potatoes (or regular ones, just cut 'em up)
- 1 cup bacon bits (or fry some bacon if you're feeling fancy)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
How to make it:
Throw the potatoes in the slow cooker.
Add in the bacon bits and ranch seasoning.
Stir it up a bit.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
When they're done, sprinkle the cheese on top.
Let it melt for a few minutes, then add sour cream.
Dig in!
Optional / Notes:
- You can add green onions on top if you want some color.
- Any cheese works, use what you have!
- You can throw in some veggies like broccoli if you're feeling adventurous.
Serve with:
- A simple salad or some grilled chicken.

Mom’s Famous Cream Puffs
You have to make this! When you need a fast and fabulous dessert to feed a crowd, this is it.. I know you will love it!
MOM’S FAMOUS CREAM PUFFS:
Ingredients
1 stick butter (8 Tablespoons)
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1c flour
MOM’S FAMOUS FILLING:

1 pint heavy cream
1 package (3.4 OUNCES) instant vanilla pudding
⅓ cup milk
How To Make :
Bring the butter, water and vanilla to a boil.
Add the flour and stir constantly until it leaves the side of the pot and forms a ball.
Remove and cool.
Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time until smooth.
Drop by T. onto parchment lined cookie sheets
Bake at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
LET COOL.
Slice in half and pipe or scoop in Mom’s filling.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Filling:
Beat the cream, pudding powder and milk in a mixer until thick like whipped cream!

Super easy crockpot meal!

Super easy crockpot meal!
You need
2-3 chicken breast (depending on size)
Bottle of Italian dressing (I used Olive Garden)
Parmesan Cheese (I used a bag of the shredded and added some grated on top at the end)
Block of Cream cheese
Pasta ( I used Penne)
Add chicken to crockpot. Dump 16 oz. Of the Italian dressing in on top of chicken. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese. (I put the whole bag). Put block of cream cheese on top. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-7. (Mine was done in 4 hours on high). Cook pasta on stovetop. Shred chicken in crockpot. Add in pasta and mix up. I also added pepper and parsley on top of mine. Perfect paired with side salad and garlic bread. Fed 5 people with enough for leftovers the next day.

Crock Pot Beef Stew (Dump & Go” Thick + Cozy)
Ingredients
2 lbs stew beef (chuck roast chunks work best)
4 cups potatoes, chopped
3 cups carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste (or ½ cup ketchup)
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt + ½ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
Directions
Add beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic to the crock pot.
Pour in beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire, and seasonings. Stir.
Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or HIGH 4–5 hours until beef is tender.
Mix cornstarch + water, stir into stew, cover 15 minutes until thick.
Serve hot with bread or biscuits 😍

Pizza sauce
Pepperoni
Shredded mozzarella
Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
Unsalted butter
Garlic powder
Heat oven to 375. Line baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Evenly assemble sliders. Melt butter and garlic powder. Spoon over the tops of rolls.
Cover with foil and bake about 12-15 minutes or until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with more Parm if wanted.

Made this Italian Stromboli for dinner and the family went crazy for it! 🍕
It’s basically a giant pizza roll packed with meat and melty cheese. Super easy to throw together and way better than ordering out.
Ingredients:
* 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
* 8 slices deli ham
* 10 slices Genoa salami
* 12 slices sandwich pepperoni
* 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
* 2 tbsp butter, melted
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tsp parsley
* 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
How to make it:
Preheat your oven to 375°F and roll the dough out flat on a baking sheet.
Layer the cheese and meats, then roll it up tight and pinch the seams shut.
Cut a few slits on top and brush on half of your garlic butter and parm mix.
Bake for about 25 minutes until the crust is nice and golden.
Brush the rest of the garlic butter on while it’s still hot from the oven.
Let it rest for a few minutes before you slice it up.
Save this to try later! 😋

I air fried over fried and these are pretty crispy
You’ll need
Cream cheese
Wonton wrappers
fresh dill
Minced garlic
Dill pickle chips
Mix softened cream cheese with the fresh dill & garlic. Add some mixture to the wonton wrapper & add a dried off dill pickle chip and close and air fry or fry in oil.
I think it would be good also to add some imitation crab with the cream cheese.

2 to 3 pound chuck roast
4 cups of beef broth
Brown gravy mix packet
Ranch packet
1/4 cup of butter
24oz frozen reames egg noodles
Cook everything in your crock pot on low for 8 to 10 hours. Shred the beef. Turn crockpot on high and add noodles. Cook for an hour to an hour and half.
