🪿 A little Silly Goose update 🪿

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to take a complete break from Silly Goose Banners for a while. 💛

I’ll still be painting the occasional banner for friends and family, but I won’t be taking regular orders or booking new customers during this season.

Silly Goose has been such a fun little adventure, and I’m incredibly thankful for every person who has supported my goofy little business — whether you ordered a banner, shared a post, recommended me to a friend, or simply cheered me on. It has genuinely meant so much to me. 🥹🪿

Right now, though, I really want to slow down and be more present in this season of life. I want to spend more time with my family, enjoy the little everyday things, pick up my cross stitch more often, and just make room for things that bring me joy without feeling like I always need to be working on the next order.

So for now, Silly Goose is officially going on a little sabbatical. 😂

This isn't goodbye forever — just me giving myself permission to take a breath. ❤️

Thank you for loving my silly little goose and supporting me along the way. I’ll still pop in here from time to time, and who knows… maybe the Goose will get an itch to paint again someday. 🪿🎨

For now, I’m choosing slow, simple, present. And honestly? I think I need it. ❤️

I’m excited to announce that I’ll now be offering **digital banner designs**! I’ll create a custom design just for you, then send it your way so you can have it printed at Walgreens (or your favorite local print shop) and picked up whenever it’s convenient.

💻 Custom digital design: $10-$15
🖨️ Printing cost: whatever Walgreens charges (and with their frequent coupons, it’s usually around $20 or less!)

This is a great option for birthday parties, holidays, announcements, team events, and more — all the custom fun without the full banner price!

I'm so excited to share this banner because this one means so much to me. ❤️ One year ago, one of my good friends experienced a life-changing event that ultimately and unexpectedly set her on the path to sobriety. Last night, we celebrated an incredible milestone: one year sober! We spent the evening enjoying mocktails, good food, and game night, honoring her strength, resilience, and all the progress she's made. I'm so proud of her and grateful to celebrate this chapter with her ❤️
