About last night…
We had a wonderful celebration with The
[email protected] for a kick-off to our Black History Month programming, “Speak the Dream.”
We had a stirring conversation with Rajendra Ramoon Maharaj, Jennifer Leigh Warren, Phyllis Yvonne Stickney and Bob Devin Jones about why we continue to tell the story.
Join us all month with a variety of readings, conversations and performances. All the details are at americanstage.org
February is Black History Month so our friends over at Creative Pinellas put together a list of live performances and visual art celebrating the month including events at The
[email protected], American Stage, the Al Downing Tampa Bay Jazz Association and the Dr. Carter G. Woodson African American Museum.
Take a look then visit some of your favorite venues this month!
