Shout out to Artist Ya La'Ford, shown here with Bob Devin Jones at the Studio Honors Awards in 2018 when she was recognized for her contributions to our community through her artwork. We feel fortunate to have opportunity to collaborate with Ya on numerous occasion, including creating an immersive stage experience for the 2017 production of Voodoo Macbeth. Ya also served on The [email protected] Board of Trustees for which we are grateful. Ya has created eye catching public works for the SHINE festival, all across Tampa Bay and beyond. We are proud to acknowledge all of her accomplishments internationally during Women's History Month.

A shout out to Roxanne Fay, who was recently awarded a Creative Pinellas Professional Artists Grant!
We've had the good fortune to collaborate numerous times with Roxanne, producing her work and wanted to congratulate her for this latest achievement.
Roxanne is shown here with Bob Devin Jones in 2013 around the time of "The Year of Magical Thinking" and as an 80 year old Alice in "Dream Child" from 2016.

During Women's History Month we would like to give a shout out to an artist who we've had the pleasure to work with and who has continued to create impactful work - Aleshea Harris.
Her solo play Oddlie, premiered at the [email protected] in 2009 and went on to receive rave reviews at the Orlando Fringe Festival in 2010 and at the 2012 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Aleshea’s full length play, Rip.Tied., premiered in 2012 at freeFall Theatre Company. According to her website, Aleshea is currently developing new works at CalArts and seeking new ways to challenge herself and her community through conscious creation.
Among other milestone accomplishments, The Relentless Award, which is awarded annually to a playwright in honor of Philip Seymour Hoffman, was presented to Aleshea in 2016.
We're proud to have an opportunity to offer a launching pad for so many talented individuals such as Aleshea Harris!
