Coronavirus Business Update
We are committed to providing a safe and clean environment to our customers. During this event we are working very hard to ensure that we clean and sterilize as much as possible. We are working with our employees and vendors to do what we can to reduce the threat of Covid-19 infection.
We’ve always been proud of the cleanliness and operations of our store, and we know that our customers expect a pleasant experience. Keeping things clean and sanitized is even more important now.

In addition to our daily cleaning efforts, we’re increasing the time spent cleaning and sanitizing our store, especially in our most frequented areas like design counters, restrooms and customer interactive areas. Bottom line: we want you to feel comfortable during your visit.

We are working closely with our suppliers to ensure the products you want are available in a timely fashion. When we provide an estimated date your project will be ready we are doing so with the best information we have at that time. We will do our absolute best to meet that timeline but ask that you be somewhat flexible in the event circumstances arise that we cannot control in our vendor and production chain.
If you have any questions about the steps we are taking or want to discuss concerns about your project timeline we encourage you to contact us at any time. We value our customers and are very thankful that you trust us with your special memories and framing projects. You can also trust us to do what we can to protect your health during your visit as well.
