For those wondering if I wore a costume… absolutely not. It was approximately 7,000 degrees outside and way too hot for “Elf”. 😂 So I went with white clothing and my trusty “Boats N Hoes” shirt as a nod to Will.

Will also was full on in his Netflix character mode as Lonnie “The Hawk” Hawkins.

My shirt got plenty of attention—I had several people stop and take pictures of it. 🤣

Don’t worry—I checked out the hole before we started filming to make sure we weren’t distracting anyone from their golf game. ⛳️

Y’all… I need to share this because I’m still sitting here wondering, “Did this really just happen?”

I was approached to be the Grand Marshal for my local community’s 250th Parade & Picnic on July 3rd!

My response? ABSOFREAKINGLUTELY YES!

I am beyond honored, excited, and incredibly grateful for every opportunity these silly shenanigans of mine have opened the door to. What started as me putting on ridiculous costumes and making people laugh has led to some truly amazing experiences, and this is one I’ll never forget.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged, laughed with me, and cheered me on along the way. I can’t wait to celebrate with this incredible community!

Now excuse me while I continue randomly blurting out, “I’M GONNA BE THE GRAND MARSHAL!” every five minutes to my husband Matt and Kelly. 😂🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

EVERY DANG TIME I post myself in a patriotic costume, the comment section on at least ONE of my social media accounts turns into Thanksgiving dinner.
