That’s all that I can think of when I did this 😂

I talked to the bride and said I wanted a shot at the bull. I’ve never tried! She said she would hold down the decks for me while I did it. Honestly? I could have let her be the MC the rest of the night! I didn’t expect her to add to it but she CRUSHED IT!

I know it’s their day, but they wanted a PARTY and I’m willing to be a bit wild to help keep it going 😂

So? How’d I do? 😂

I’ve done plenty of weddings outdoors and in barns, but I’ve NEVER had a mechanical bull to open the dance floor!

Gavin and Emily wanted a backyard country based party and we definitely delivered that vibe!

The floor filled up with people watching the riders, dancing to the jams, and having a great time.

If theres one thing I’d say to future couples it’s to do the thing whatever it is!

Today was another banger rager!! Mr and Mrs Burrell spared. O expense for this celebration. I mean, a mechanical bull next to the dance floor? WILD!

Tonight we went hard with the new Kleinhans! Out of respect to their wishes to not take videos, they did say I could take a picture with them!

We had a scary start to the day when the church wasn’t available, but we made ceremony work out on a moments notice. It was super awesome hearing the praise and thanks for making that happen.

Blending country and hip-hop club bangers has started becoming more common. When I heard the bride request Any Man of Mine, I knew I could get away with this mashup.

I get questions referencing if I’ll be able to make a ceremony work since it’s outside, by the water, behind the pickup truck, and next to the big tree in the middle of a field.

The answer is, yep, we can make it work!

I’ve been using this system for over two years now. The only thing I’ve upgraded to was the SLXD5 receiver with an XLR adapter.

Lavaliere mics work fine, but the problem is handling noise and wind noise. I’ve been opting for the handheld option these days and it’s rock solid.

The best part after being fully battery powered is the app. I use the built in everse 8 app to do all my mixing. This makes things super simple and I can’t imagine ceremonies without it.

So if you need a setup that is quick, clean, wireless, and effortless, check the everse 8 and the shure slxd5 out!

It’s not a common thing for me to let someone use the mic when asked… so why I felt this moment deserved a different approach I don’t know 😂

To be fair, I got confused it was the groom even though I was warned ahead of time of his twin brother. It ended up being pretty funny and the ACTUAL groom said “please post this” 😂

I didn’t try and play it off as if I didn’t do anything wrong. I still accepted the fact I made a mistake. That mistake ended up being a cool funny moment everyone will remember though.

Every couple I talk to is asked about their music and expectations. Sometimes we’re asked to avoid any remixes while other times I’ve been given full creative control.

When I saw a few country tracks on the playlist, I knew we needed to stay true to the original, at least for a little bit. Once we had our fill of the original, adding in Fetty Wap and mixing it up was fun.

Seems I was right! 😎

Another wedding in the books! Today was Mr and Mrs Hanna! It’s hard to beat the view we had today directly on the water. With a forecast that called for storms, we really lucked out. Of course we also played a lot of fun jams and had a great day!

Today at the Little Flower Barn we partied Mr and Mrs Graff style! The night was filled with an amazing side patio evening, loud singing, and just awesome dancing!
