One of my collectors sent me a photo of my most recent commissions I did for them featuring in their new home. It’s such an honor to see my work in so many beautiful homes across the US. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that i would create artwork that has so much meaning to others. It’s not on my own but by the grace of the Lord he gifted me this beautiful gift I get to share with so many. This is based on finding that place with the Lord where we surrender all. We need to surrender Not part of ourselves but all of ourselves to Lord. During this art journey it has taught me that doing things on my own and trying using my own strength is unsuccessful. I strength is not in ourselves or others but the lord.

Prov. 3:5 Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart and do not rely on your own understanding.
In our weakness his strength is made perfect in us. His ways are not our own way. Our paths are not his perfect plan. When we learn to let go and trust God completely is when he can make his perfect plan come to life in our lives.

This is my newest piece added to the collection! I think this little treasure is such a joy. The title is a little play on words. We should find that place to rest but our hope is not in ourselves but in our Heavenly Father. On our own strength it is impossible but it is through God that we find the hope we need. Our faith is in him where we truly can “Rest Assure” in the faith of our Father.
