For 2–3 weeks, I barely slept—only an hour or two a night. I kept waking up between **3 and 5 AM**, and every time I did, my mind wasn’t on worry or fear… it was on **the Lord’s Prayer** and **“as I walk through the valley of the shadow of death.”**

I wasn’t trying to write gospel music. I didn’t even think I had it in me. But in those quiet, heavy hours, the **Most High placed two songs in my spirit**. One came straight from the Lord’s Prayer, transformed into a song. The other became *Shadow of Grace*, inspired by walking through the valley yet fearing no evil.

What felt like restlessness was actually **instruction**. What felt like exhaustion became **obedience**.

I now understand these songs weren’t created by my strength—they were **given**. And I believe this is only the beginning. My prayer is to complete **10 gospel songs**, with 10 being the number of completion, all for His glory.

I’m **AG the Dad**, and this is my testimony of how these gospel songs were born—not from ambition, but from surrender. 🙏✨
