I have always loved being crafty and using my imagination. One person in my life encouraged me to just grow up and "leave the imagination to the kids". I let go of my dreams of being an interior decorator and found a J-O-B. As birthdays and national holidays passed; I became more and more proud of the gifts that I would create for the people in my life. Seeing the joy on their faces when they expressed how much they loved their gift and how thoughtful it was, made me more excited to keep on giving. I keep in mind "its the thought that counts". One of my friends while I begin to make her a basket , I remember she always asks me how I prepare my dishes and what seasonings I use. So I made her a basket with those special spices, a recipe book and a few extra touches just for her. It's that special little thought and detail that really counts.
