BRIC is a recipient of the Los Angeles County Department of Arts & Culture 2026-27 Organizational Grant! 🎉

We're proud to be one of the 353 local nonprofits supported by this $5.6M initiative, which ensures diverse communities have wide access to the arts. This vital funding will allow us to grow our Animation Pitch Bootcamp and expand industry access and hands-on training for LA County students.

BRIC, Legends Animated, and Titmouse Foundation are joining forces for a SXSW EDU 2027 PanelPicker Proposal and we need your support! Community voting is now open for our panel, "Animation's Alt On-Ramp: a 360° Apprenticeship Conversation."

Together, we're bringing together two animation studios, an animation apprentice, and the nonprofit bridge that connected them to examine what it takes to design alternative career pathways that actually work for employers and students alike.

BRIC, Legends Animated, Titmouse Foundation, and Studio Moyo are teaming up for a SXSW EDU 2027 PanelPicker Proposal! Community voting is officially open, giving you the power to help spotlight the ideas that are most relevant for next year's event.

In this session, we will dive into how educators can prepare young creatives for the gig economy by teaching them to own the studio. We'll unpack the mechanics of cooperative business models, targeted grant programs, and how they serve as launchpads for early-career creatives.

Washington educators! Join us for a full-day professional development session diving into two of Seattle's most dynamic industries: Film Production & Live Entertainment.

Spend the morning at Harbor Island Studios exploring film production and soundstage work, then head to The Crocodile in the afternoon for a behind-the-scenes look at live entertainment and venue production.

🎉 That's a wrap on BRIC's 2026 Summer Animation Pitch Bootcamp! 🎬✨

Over the past 3 weeks, 60+ high school students from across the country turned their ideas into 12 original animated series concepts, applying what they learned from industry pros to create pitches that showcased their creativity, collaboration, and growth as storytellers.

Our 3-week virtual intensive has officially kicked off with 60+ high school students from across the country logging on to learn about building and pitching their own original animated TV series concepts.
