Introducing CSSSA Visual Arts Faculty member, Melina Ahmadzadeh! đŸ‘‹

Melina Ahmadzadeh is an illustrator and art educator with a passion for animation and storytelling. As an Iranian-American and member of the LGBT community, her work strives to showcase inclusion, diaspora, gender, identity, and the struggles of women's health.

She received her BFA in Graphic Design at Cal Poly Pomona, her MFA in Illustration at Cal State Fullerton, and now teaches life drawing at Cal State Fullerton. While she enjoys illustrating and exhibiting her work at conventions, her true passion is teaching and inspiring young artists to develop their skills and share their own stories.
