mps heat up, Disables traction control/advance track, more aggressive with timing reduction as temps increase. Idle Lope Tune: Standard Performance tune plus the added effect of the heavy lope at idle. (Available for most NA applications)

'Fixing' the 2018+ Mustang IM we picked up that was 'Modified' to fit the Gen4 F150 engine.

To say I was not impressed is an understatement. Not up to AED standards. Honestly I cannot believe others are running these modified manifolds with 30lbs of boost. Nor can I believe big name parts sellers are marketing this as 'professional' work. They give you bolts and big-ass washers to keep the manifold down. Look at the size of the bolt vs the bolt hole in the pic. Laughable.

Dude didn't even drill one of the holes, but honestly that was fine, I did a much better job.

First thing I did was transfer the Gen4 F150 bolt pattern to a set of plates.
Up next bolt sleeves were cut from 316 Stainless, then ground/sanded to length.
Proper fitment with the sleeves meant more grinding on the manifold.
Using Wax paper to keep the epxoy from sticking to the plates we set it all up with bolts/sleeves in place and mixed up the Epoxy. It's fast setting which is nice, but that also means you have to work fast.
Full cure in 24hrs, at which point we will sand down the high spots and clean it all up.

THIS is how it should be done if you want to run an Mustang Intake manifold on the Gen4 F150 without adapter plates.

I've included a pic of the epoxy if anyone wishes to tackle this on their own.

Unfortunately we only got 2 runs before running into Voltage issues from the alternator, and even with the battery charger hooked up we're way off on voltage at WOT.
Haven't yet added timing!

It's going to need an externally regulated setup.

These builds take a lot of time, and they always have bugs, but when all the bugs are worked out, they make serious power!
