Thank you to all our retreat attendees from Spring 2024! You'll see us proudly holding up our handy works in this photo, inside the green-filled conservatory space of Creekwood Gardens - where we spent the day in yoga practice & art making together. This is Alex here! I’m thrilled to share an upcoming workshop with you.

This will be a beautiful weekend of creative expression where I will be teaching an introduction to clay working.

Expect much more than Art-making, however! As a certified Theta Healer and yoga instructor, I’ll be guiding us through a deep dive in healing our relationship to our creative Selves.

Look forward to a retreat-style experience, one that will allow you room to play, to wonder a beautiful nature-filled property, and to connect with yourself and other creative, supportive people.
