Party in the Park is in 3 days! I am prepping lots of pretty artwork to bring! Currently working on a piece similar to this one with cicada wings being the main character. ✨️ I love how symmetrical their wings are and try to make the flowers flow perfectly around them! Luna moths have been appearing! I have been on the lookout for any remaining after they pass. Unfortunately they only live for a few days to mate and lay their eggs! They are so beautiful for only living a few days in moth form. This piece has a wing of a luna moth, most of the time the body will be eaten by birds or bats and only the wings will be left for me to find. This piece has sold but I have several more wings to use. Watch for them at my next events!
