Sky Vu Drive In Theater

Sky Vu Drive In Theater Community Project to Build and Reopen the Sky Vu Theater Russell, KS. Murray & W.A. Michaelis Jr., with a capacity for 400 cars.

Originally located on the Old Highway 40, the Sky Vu Drive-In was opened prior to 1949 when it was operated by J.O. By 1955 it was operated by Dale Danielson with a capacity for 350 cars. Plans are to rebuild the Sky Vu close to it's original location. This is going to be a Community Project. This will not only benefit the Russell area, but all surrounding areas also.
