Tooling didn’t exactly go according to plan on this little belt scrap… but I finished it anyway because I really wanted to experiment.

And honestly? I kind of love how it turned out. It gave the tooling this soft, worn, almost whimsical look CUTE RIGHT.
What do we think are we into the white antique?
I’d love to make a purse strap or belt w this style.

Why repair & restoration?

Because I intentionally buy quality leather items that need a little love — usually at a discount — and bring them back to life.

Good leather doesn’t need to be thrown away just because it’s dry, stinky, scratched, faded, cracked, or worn.

And it doesn’t have to be some huge restoration project either. Whether it’s a saddle, a wallet, a belt, or something you’ve had forever and just want cleaned up — sometimes a little attention is all it needs.
