Today's market was definitely one for the books that won't be easily forgotten. What started out as a beautiful afternoon, quickly turned into a disaster in more than one way. The heat got the better of me and my heart rate was not my friend during set up and I barely managed to get any of it done. But thanks to a helpful guy and some wonderfully understanding market managers, I managed to get bare minimum set up. My amazing husband made it out to help me just in time too because the weather very quickly turned on us. The wind almost took the tents flying and did manage to mess up at least one of the legs on ours and completely destroyed our neighbors. My poor sweet boys were trying so hard to be brave and strong and help hold our tent down all while crying and wanting to go home. It definitely made me hug my babies a little extra tonight. But what little bit of the market I was set up for was amazing and I hope I can make it to another market out there soon! The Melissa Market
