FYI: I live with CPTSD and social phobia. I joke with myself because I'm the only one I hang out with... 🫤 (that's how I come up with my best jokes) On the lighter side of things ... You've got to be able to laugh at yourself... Like look what my dysfunctional brain did today guys! ...

MINE wouldn't let me leave my house... Then when I did ... I forgot why I went out... Then for no apparent reason at all... I involuntarily yelled "QUIT STARING AT ME" really loudly... No one was staring until I shouted" Quit starring"... FML... I can't take me anywhere!!! I joke... But it's a problem... And quite crippling...
