Hello you lovely people. I will be doing a LOT of auctions soon! I dont have anything new to show you right now, because I'm knee-deep in insurance companies, stump grinding companies, contracting companies and roofing companies, to fix all this storm damage.
Let me give you a little tip I learned this week: I got a nice new roof 3 years ago. It was said to be good for at minimum 20 years. So, I changed my insurance to a higher deductible, thinking all would be well for a long time. All is not well, and now my deductible is $4400!
With global warming, and these new, stronger storms happening, nothing is safe. Arrrrgggg. So, keep checking in, because I need to fix this house!
