Kayla Ray is an actor and creative storyteller based in Georgia where she was born and raised. t Jr. This was her first introduction to performing, through an intensive theatrical summer camp. Despite these humble beginnings, however, Kayla fell in love with performing and sought different creative outlets over the next several years to continue telling inspirational and magical stories. In 2019, Kayla took a leap of faith and chose to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Theater at Shorter University. During the Summer of 2019, she had had the opportunity to embark on an adventure which led to a memorable day on the set of feature film, I STILL BELIEVE where she felt as though she had finally found her true and forever home. After adjusting to collegiate life, Kayla re-discovered her passion for film/tv by adding a Digital Production minor. These classes quickly became Kayla’s favorites and helped her to narrow the focus of her calling. With renewed determination and a loyal commitment to honoring her faith and sky-high dreams, Kayla now spends her spare time creating original designs for products in her Redbubble shop and co-creating short films with others who share her passion for inspirational storytelling. Also as a connoisseur of Faith-based Films and TV, Kayla loves to discuss the messages and behind-the-scenes knowledge that she has of all things Kendrick Brothers, Erwin Brothers and Pure Flix. Kayla has big plans for the future as she seeks to make her dreams of telling inspiring messages of faith in cinematically proficient entertainment, realized and made accessible to everyone.
