The Nineth Contemplation • Our body cannot help us at the time of death, it too will be lost at that moment. • The Nine Contemplations, by Atisha

Although it would be in most of our best interst to maintain a healthy physical body, at the end of our life, it does not matter. Whatever effort you put into maintaining a healthy diet and routine, death does not care. • I propose to you a perspective that suggests contemplating your death. And as in my nature, I made a series to match to the nine contemplations. And I have reached the end! I did it! Sticking to something on social meeting is so much more difficult than it looks. 🪦 This has been a glimpse of the darker side… without darkness there is no light. 🖤✨

Our loved ones cannot keep use from death and we cannot keep our loved ones from death either. This is the unfortunate truth. What our loved ones can do is keep us in life; we can keep each other engaging in what brings us life and joy. • I propose to you a perspective that suggests contemplating your death.
