“Washington whispers”
I like to go see the Washington DC
Such a lovely place
Ancient buildings that embody solemnity like a display
Muniment as a try to catch the sky I can see.
Like a pride for the city
It's visible wherever I go
I proceed with caution
Oh, no big statue. I feel try to talk with me.
Tell me before I go your
Stories about
I hope one day we can be friends.
Takes me back in time
Once I reach towards
Liberty Congress Library
It’s delightful
poles and stairs filled with architecture design
And ancient art all over
I feel like I've walked into this old kingdom.
On the other side, the Capitol building, the seat of government of this vast country, looks beautiful.
People are walking to their work.
I find solace in the city's tranquil oasis, where ducks glide effortlessly across the lake,
their ripples mirroring the joy of children feeding them.
Come spring, the lake transforms into a vibrant canvas, as cherry blossoms burst forth like delicate brushstrokes, painting the air with fleeting beauty.
I was also drawn to the Lincoln and Jefferson buildings overlooking the lake.
Towards Pennsylvania Avenue, you can see huge shiny white
mansions where people hope to see the White House.
Cross over the bridge
As I was crossing the bridge, I felt sad when I saw the old cemetery of Arlington
I want to stay as long as I am in this city.
