My main passion is helping others realize that leading a fit and healthy lifestyle can be FUN! Every one is unique and every day takes different tolls on our bodies. My group fitness method is to deliver safe, effective and convenient workouts for everyone, every day!

Dance and sports were part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up trying many different sports and dancing competiti

vely through college. Transitioning from dance class to fitness classes was a natural progression. The powerful music, rhythmically choreographed movements and cohesive vibe drew me in, as I became a regular attendee of both high-intensity and mind-body classes. Inspired by some of the most motivating instructors around, I decided to begin my own journey into group fitness instruction. I have been a certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA since 2013. My additional certifications to date include Les Mills BODYFLOW® and POP Pilates®.

Couldn’t have asked for a better “last class for now!” 💚

It’s been really special watching this class grow from 2-3 people to a full house, seeing each person evolve and witnessing first hand the positive power of BodyFlow. I will miss this group of unique, strong and dedicated individuals, but am so grateful that we connected.

Tonight was my last time teaching BodyFlow after 5 consecutive years. It has become a part of who I am. Although I’m not sure how I will fill the void in the short term, I know deep down that I will reconnect with the format and community in the future. It’s not the end, just a little pause.

Indianapolis, I’m coming for you! Let’s see if we can

It’s been a fun year and a half teaching to this Saturday morning crew (and many others not pictured!)
