In this case ,we had a layer shift causing midair spaghetti and the spaghetti caught in the y axis belt gear and destroyed the belt.

oh, well, happy accident. I'm totally thrilled with how big this guy is, and if we can do it this big then the 24 in. shouldn't be a problem!! More pics when finished!! Just the beak and eyes to go, then to gluing!
