Growing up in Puerto Rico we had roosters and hens around. But I think that the roosters we had home were broken somehow...

Growing up in Puerto Rico we had roosters and hens around. But I think that the roosters we had home were broken somehow - you would hear them at all times, not only at sunrise- like "it's 3am - sure why not go all loud now". And then the others would follow.

I miss hearing the roosters, not at 3am though. I don't miss that.
What do you call the sound the roosters make? The song of the rooster? cock-a-doodle-doo?

My little rooster - reminiscing my dad's roosters.
