Mentored under Big Jim Stellato of Papillion Tattoo, Joel “Doc” Yager is a living piece of Rochester tattoo history. With more than four decades dedicated to the craft, Doc helped shape the foundation of tattooing in Western New York long before the industry entered the mainstream.
