WAITING UNTIL SPRING DOESN’T MEAN IGNORING IT.
Sometimes an exterior project can responsibly wait until spring.
That does not mean forgetting about it until April.
It means understanding the condition, identifying anything vulnerable that should be addressed before winter, working through repair and coating requirements, and putting the full project on the right calendar.
Other exterior work may still make sense this season.
The responsible recommendation depends on the condition, scope, weather and what the homeowner is trying to accomplish—not simply the date.
Sometimes the answer is to complete the work now. Sometimes a vulnerable area needs attention before winter. Sometimes the entire project can be planned correctly for spring.
If you are unsure where an exterior project belongs, A&M can help you determine the sensible next step.
