Who doesn't know who Jake Workman is? I mean in the bluegrass world, I think everyone knows who he is. For those of you that maybe don't know him yet, he was the guitar player for Ricky Skaggs for many years and won the IBMA guitar player of the year in 2020. His is amazing on the guitar and learning flatpicking from him would be the highlight of my weekend, if I played guitar. Do you think he could learn fiddle by the festival and teach then? Probably not, but don't worry, we have other amazing teachers for the other workshops too. All workshops are on Saturday morning, Sept 12. at 9:00 AM And Jake's workshop is only $50 for 2 hours. You will want to get your tickets to Jake's early to make sure you get in. We only have so much room.

Bluegrass on The Snake is proud to announce that we are doing free actual workshops where you will get your instruments out and learn something really cool. Saturday morning! Camping opens on Thursday so you can get there in plenty of time. We have top notch players ready to help you.

Bluegrass on The Snake is looking for golf carts. We want to help our festival lovers get from the gate to the festival sight? Does anyone know where we could get golf carts similar to this to use in return for free tickets and advertising?
