Wow time really does fly! The Funkraiser is coming up this Friday! We can't wait until you all join us for a great night of funk music, tie-dye, pumpkin decorating, and so much more!

What a great night!

Finally woke up... What a great night last night! Thanks to everyone who came and made the event such a great success! The Funky Dawgz Brass Band got everyone up and dancing, the RHS Jazz Band played an amazing set, and Mr. Mac got soaked in the dunk tank! The princesses were stunned the crowd with their singing, and Pablo led the greatest crowd hyping session we've seen. We'll have pictures up as soon as we can.

This is a PSA for anyone attending FunkRaiser at RHS tomorrow, June 8. We just want to make sure everyone finds it ok and comes prepared to have a great time!

ONLINE PURCHASES
If you bought your tickets online, you can get them at Will Call (there will be a separate line for that). There is still time to get them online until morning of at 8AM. After that tickets are only available at the door. The benefit to advance sales is you automatically get entered into a raffle.

TIME
The event is 4-9PM. Kid friendly. In fact there's tons of stuff for kids of all ages...bounce house, arts and crafts, instrument petting zoos, co****le (for the older ones) and a bunch of other stuff.

FOOD
There will be food trucks!

PARKING AND LOCATION ON RHS CAMPUS
The event takes place on the RHS Promenade, which is the green area outside the student center. Your best bet is to enter the RHS campus from the Ridgebury Rd entrance and park in the junior/faculty lot...warning, you can not do this before 2:30PM! The event does not officially begin until 4:00. From there, just follow the music. If that lot is full, you'll need to continue up past the athletic fields and park in the lot by the auditorium/community entrance (between RHS and SRMS).

WHAT TO BRING
Bring lawn chairs and blankets...there is no seating.

NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES (coolers etc not allowed). Bottled water is cool.

BATHROOMS
There are clean, indoor bathrooms in the student center area available for use. The rest of the areas of the student center will be blocked off and access to the rest of the building restricted. You can find these by entering the building through the green and taking an immediate left. There will be signage.

The RHS Jazz Band played at lunches today! Such a great job to everyone! Come and see them perform live this Friday at the Funkraiser, and while you're there enjoy the sun, the food, and spending time with friends and family! Tickets are online and at the door.

Funkraiser is family friendly - kids under 10 are free! Bouncy house, insect petting zoo, art activities, and a special performance from your favorite princesses followed by a meet and greet!
