Real Rhythm Dance and Fitness offers a variety of adult group dance and fitness classes, private dance lessons and personal training. We motivate women to stay active through physical movement that feels good, while taking care of their mental & emotional health as well. Real Rhythm Dance and Fitness offers VXN Workout, Adult Hip Hop, Heels workshops, Intensive programs, Small Group Training, and

Personal Training. Classes are offered at different levels, from beginner to intermediate. There's a place for everyone no matter where you are in life. RRDF is a small business founded by dancer, choreographer and fitness instructor, Marissa Tonge. Real Rhythm Dance and Fitness is based in Ridgefield NJ but occasionally offers pop up classes in surrounding cities.
