We believe a person never stops learning, we work hard to ensure our approach extends to all our students, from children to adults. We’d love you to be a part of our studio and join our mission to instill acceptance, friendships, and wellness through dance. Our vision is to create a welcoming home where everyone can experience the magic of Irish dance. This beautiful, enriching art form is an incredible tool that builds confidence, character, and friendships. It is through our passion and love of teaching dance, that we strive to provide exceptional coaching and leadership to our students. We continue to strive to instill the importance of etiquette and manners, we also focus on good self-esteem and positive body image. Dance changes everything! Come dance with us!

🌟Dancer of the Week!🌟

Neali is our dancer of the week. Neali is one of our adult dancers who comes in every week with a big smile on her face. She's always is ready for a challenge and helps her fellow classmates if needed.

⭐I've been at Crossroads for 2 years.

⭐My favorite part of class is everything about class- the music, learning and practicing skills, choreography, and of course, being with my fellow dancers!

⭐What I love most at Crossroads is the opportunity to be part of a welcoming and positive dance community

⭐When I am not at Crossroads, I like to stay active...ballet, tap, gymnastics, playing the harp, reading, gardening, stained glass, cooking, traveling, skiing/snowboarding, being outside with my dog, writing, trying new restaurants, movies, hosting friends and family, etc. are some other activities I enjoy!

⭐My dream destination is Greece.
⭐My favorite food is sushi.
⭐Fun Fact About Me: I worked at the Grand Ole Opry part-time when I lived in Nashville and got to see Dolly Parton rehearse and perform for her 50th Opry anniversary in 2019. 🙂

Hey Crossroads Families!

It's the first spirit week of the season......YAY!

Can't wait to see all the dancer's in their creative colorful wear to class. We will have refreshing popsicles after class for dancers.

💜 And just like that, our first week is in the books! ☘️

There were dancers walking through our doors for the very first time, returning dancers reconnecting with friends, adults getting back on the dance floor, lots of new steps…and plenty of laughter along the way.

These are the moments we love most.

Because while we absolutely teach Irish dance, we’re also creating a place where dancers can build confidence, make friendships, challenge themselves and know they belong.

If you’ve been thinking about trying Irish dance for your child—or maybe even for yourself, you haven’t missed your opportunity!

We still have space in select classes, and we’d love to welcome you in for a trial.

Season 26 officially begins TODAY! 🎉

This room will be filled with a whole lot more than Irish dance, there will be new friendships, big goals, hard-earned accomplishments, plenty of laughter, and memories we haven’t even made yet.

To every dancer walking through our doors this season, whether today is your very first class or Crossroads already feels like home, we’re so glad you’re here.

People often think we teach Irish dance.

And of course, we do. ☘️ But the dance steps have never been the whole point.

What we’re really building is confidence, friendships, resilience, and a place where every child AND adult feels they belong.

We get to watch dancers try something they weren’t sure they could do, work through the hard parts, find their people, and eventually realize:

“Hey…I CAN do this.”

That’s the stuff that matters to us. ❤️

Because the goal has always been bigger than the steps.

This is what starting a new season together looks like. 💜☘️

Welcome Back Night wasn’t just about getting ready for classes, it was about reconnecting and celebrating the community that makes Crossroads so special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped fill the studio with so much excitement for the season ahead.

Seeing our dancers and families connecting again reminded us exactly why Crossroads is more than just a dance class.

This week marked the beginning of something we’ve been working hard to reimagine at Crossroads, our newly revamped Leadership Academy. ⭐️⭐️

We didn’t want this program to simply mean that an older dancer gets assigned to help in a younger class.

We wanted it to mean something more.

Leadership Academy is designed to give young dancers the opportunity…
💜 to learn what leadership actually looks like
💜how to communicate
💜take initiative
💜support a teacher
💜connect with younger dancers
💜work through challenges, be dependable
💜andunderstand the impact they can have on someone else’s experience.

And most importantly, we’re building it around the same five core values that guide Crossroads.

Our newly appointed Leadership Academy members kicked off their journey with an interactive orientation filled with challenges, conversations, hands-on practice, teamwork and plenty of laughter.

We’re incredibly excited to see who they become through this experience and the difference they’ll make for the dancers coming up behind them.

Because at Crossroads, our goal has always been bigger than teaching steps.
