To say that I love what I do is an understatement.

Hosting the Chronic Craft Club has brought me so much joy. I look forward to this group every month.

A heartfelt thank you to the VCU Health Hub for opening your doors and making space for what’s been placed on my heart- building a community where people living with autoimmune, chronic, and rare conditions can come together, feel seen, and connect through crafting.

Our next gathering will take place on November 13th at 10am.

Crafting with friends makes it even better!

All it takes is a moment to pause and reconnect with what makes us, us. Today's visual reminder says it plainly we are not defined by our health conditions. We may lose focus at times, but we've never lost ourselves.
