We specialize in playing up-beat danceable blues music with soul and attitude. Our unique brand of music has a dynamic mixture of styles ranging from West Coast jump to slow Chicago grind, Texas shuffle to flat out Rock & Roll. Blue Haven blues party We officially ended our mini-tour of San Felipe last night at Matildes Restaurant at Stella (Manny's Bar) It was an absolutely beautiful evening. I am very proud to have my bandmates, Rich Maloon, Michael Komadina, and Michelle Zito kick butt for seven nights straight. We had a few friends sit in. My good buddy, Ruben Duran Romo played some great guitar, the multi talented Natasha James sang a few cool tunes Kathleen OConnell sang a great rendition of Sweet Home Chicago and we finished off the night with some impressive slide guitar from Jack Rudesill Thank you Manuel Monter Rodriguez for having us back and his excellent staff for taking care of us all evening. Thanks to thanks to Rebecca Sani Mann and Jimmy, Bob Carnahan and Kathleen, Penny, Brian Crawford Mary Crawford Rick and Carolyn Richardson Shirley, Pete from SF, Ginny Miller and all of our friends who came out to support the band.

Blue Haven blues party We had a fantastic evening last night at the Jollymon Bar. Thanks to Augie and his great crew for taking good care of us. I'd also like to thank Tom Bowers, Kathleen OConnell, Jack Rudesill and Cowboy Tom for coming up and doing a few songs with us. Thanks to, Pete from SF, Anna Fleischmann and Flash, Bob Carnahan and Kathleen, Alice, Tony and Rachel, Ted Chavez and Berkeley Chavez , Melinda Morgane , Patty, Penny (Wire Chicken), LOL, Steve Smith and his lovely wife, Windy, Barbara, our friends from Canada's and everyone else who has made this Blue Haven blues band mini-tour a huge success!

Tonight Blue Haven blues band is back to one of our favorite clubs, the Jollymon Bar. Downbeat @ 6pm. We expect a big crowd so get there early for the best seat. I have to give a Big Thank You for all the love and support we have received so far along this musical journey in Baja California. Catch us while you can we only have three shows left.

Blue Haven blues band had a great time at Las Palmas last night. Thanks to Palma Bellinghieri Anbar and her excellent staff for taking care of us all evening. Thanks to Bob Carnahan and Kathleen OConnell Anna Fleischmann and Flash, Ginny Miller Jack Rudesill Tara McDowell and Andrew Somes, and everyone else who came out to support us. We are making good friends along the way and creating wonderful memories together.

Another awesome night for Blue Haven blues band @ JollyMon Bar last night in San Felipe Baja California. The place was packed and the energy was awesome! We would like to thank Augie and his excellent staff for taking care of us all evening. A special thanks to Jack Rudesill the incredible Isaac Diaz , Samuel Alejandro Quintero Becerra and new kid on the block, Javier from Mexicali for sitting in with us. A special thanks to Brian Crawford Mary Crawford Penny Doncouse, Anna Fleischmann , Bob Carnahan and Kathleen OConnell for not missing a single show and bringing positive energy. Dave Michalek , Connie Michalek , Daun Miller and crew. Ted Chavez Berkeley Chavez Melinda Morgane Todd Kemp Nancy, Pete from SF, Martha Olsen and everyone else who helped make it a fantastic evening. We will be back at Jollymon on Friday April 19th for more mayhem.

As I sit in casa gearing up for a mini-tour of Baja California I'm listening to my good friends John Clifton and Bill Clifton and the M**o Party band, Live CD from the Tower theater in Fresno from a few years back. They came out swinging and never stopped. The M**o's were an amazing, high energy band that you had to see live to experience. If not for them and Kenny Blue Ray there would not be a Blue Haven blues band. Thanks guys for the great music and inspiration through the year's. Both brothers are still making high quality music. Brother Bill has a new band in central California called Chicken and Whiskey and John just released a new CD "To Much to Pay" that's topping the blues charts all over the world. Thanks again guys!
