I’m not generally one to post food photos - I usually like to just get down to the business of eating. 🍽️ But with the help of my favorite sous chef, I meal prepped on Monday night for healthy meals for the next few days.

THREE healthy meals in a day. This is a huge accomplishment for someone who notoriously skips lunch and winds up ravenous at inconvenient times and places.

This is not to say this is what *you* should be doing. I’m just proud of all of our hard work and wanted to share! Have a wonderful Wednesday!

As a recovering perfectionist, this *really* resonated with me while reading this book today.

When I worked in special education we used to tell students, “It’s not a perfect world.” It stood as a way to reframe their perspective and fend off potential meltdowns over things nobody could control. Today’s quote, “Imperfection is required for a good life,” is a similar vibe, but it goes one step further and gives *us* permission to be imperfect in order to enjoy this imperfect world. 💗
