My granddaughters and our great friend, Tori, were with me all the way, on Sunday, to help with closing my art show at Offset BottleShop in Seattle. One grand (Nelle) and our ‘bestie’, Tori, took my ‘big boy’, Father, Father, to my home studio for a break while granddaughter, Sarah, and I took all the other pieces,on hand, to Epulo Bistro Art Wall Hall to tear down and reset that wall. To be continued…Oops! The videographer had a fall but the sign I backed into bounced me right back up:) Ha!

Yesterday’s Art Installation and Art Walk Event at OFFSET BOTTLESHOP, in Belltown, was beyond wonderful. The hosts ( Eric, Sarah and Vivi), the guests, the friends and family that made for a lively and grateful time. And, oh yes!, the wine! The WINE!
My art will be on display through June 11. The natural light from the TALL glass windows makes for an exceptional viewing experience. I know I will be visiting more than once during the month and beyond. All purchases of my art are tax included. Contact me at [email protected]

My latest offering is ready to go out on its own.
**On display at OFFSET BOTTLESHOP in Belltown region of Seattle for the month ofMay**
Title: Something Blue
Description: 48"W X 24"H X 1.5"D.
Mixed - media, abstract, on cradled wood.
Story: Comprised layers of this and that swept up in a freedom, drenched in surprise, that only abstract work can offer to an artist or an onlooker, for that matter. Something Blue brought me back to losing myself to most, if not all, daily interruptions for a time. My hope is that it reflects, even a drop of the ease it has provided while becoming.
