Past state queens absolutely rave about Guymon, and now I completely understand why!

The Pioneer Days Rodeo in Guymon, Oklahoma was an unforgettable experience. The community’s warmth, generosity, and genuine appreciation for the ladies and me made it incredibly hard to leave. From riding in 4 action packed performances to participating in school visits, parades, sponsor stops, and even judging a kids’ clown contest, every moment was so special.

I’m so grateful to everyone who works tirelessly to make this rodeo possible including my incredible host family, Ken and Sherry Stonecipher, and to my personal sponsors who support me as I travel across the country representing the great state of North Dakota.

Opportunities like this mean more than I can put into words! 🤍

“Opportunity doesn’t always come knocking loudly at your door, it more often builds a staircase.”
Tuesday morning, I had the privilege of speaking to an incredible group of New England high school students at their Youth in Ag event. I was invited to share my unconventional journey to becoming a teacher, along with the setbacks I faced while pursuing the title of Miss Rodeo North Dakota.
What stood out most in our conversation was this - every challenge, every limit, every phase of life became a step on the staircase leading me toward bigger opportunities.
That’s what ultimately led me to share my mission of Living Limitless, a mindset rooted in growth, resilience, and seizing every opportunity, even if we don’t know the full extent.
Your path doesn’t have to be traditional to be powerful.

Justin Boots… for rodeo queens past, present, and future.
This morning we kicked off the Miss Rodeo North Dakota clinic with Miss Rodeo America 2017 Lisa Lucia, as our clinician. Lisa and I both just showed up dress to impress in our Verlie Justin boots!
Fun fact… Lisa’s husband, Anthony Lucia, the 2025 PRCA announcer of the year, was the first person to ever announce me as a rodeo queen back in 2022 when I won the title of Miss Killdeer Mountain Round Up!
Such a full circle moment and a reminder of the small and special rodeo world 🤍
